King Edward VI Camp Hill School for Girls
The pupils’ design expressed the school’s appreciation for Birmingham’s built environment. Created and painted by Rebekah Murgatroyd, Orla Neal and Matilda Davis, the design highlights the combination of old and new as well as Birmingham’s physical appearance and the culture created by its inhabitants. The striking clock face reads 8.15 (or 20:15, the year of The Big Hoot).
