St Hubert’s Primary School
Year 4 pupils designed Ugla (Viking for owl) by taking inspiration from their Viking topic, and exploration of Scandinavian art – focusing particularly on the birds and foliage often depicted in this artwork and the pastel colours and symmetry. They also included a food chain; the front features a fish that the owlet would prey on; behind, an eagle (out of view) waits to prey on Ugla.
