Water Mill Primary School
Water Mill pupils were briefed to design an owlet that they would like to see in their city. The two chosen designs showed intricate feather patterns and bold use of colour, and gave the idea of using buttons to decorate the owlet; thousands were used to create Bernard Button! He represents the pupils by being bold, creative and someone to remember.
