Hermarnie is an independent artist and illustrator, based in Worcestershire and with a background in theatre design.
Her work is a whimsical combination of adorable characters, intricate details, and magical settings, and she is very much inspired by nature and the natural world. She has a love for colour and describes her work as “vibrant, whimsical, playful, and happy.” Hermarnie specialises in creating beautiful, highly detailed art and privately commissioned bespoke pieces using a variety of mediums – gouache, watercolours, acrylics, ink, pen, and pencils, and a mixture of surfaces. She also works digitally, creating prints and other products for Folksy and their website.
