St Elizabeth Hospice

Support when it is needed most

We support patients and their families via our Inpatient Unit, providing day services on site including outpatient’s clinics, home visits from our community nursing, medical or therapy team, our OneCall 24/7 telephone helpline and bereavement support.

Zest supports young adults aged 14 and upwards with progressive and/or life-limiting illnesses/conditions to ensure that they get the specialist palliative care, tailored treatment and services they need to be able to enjoy life to the full.

£12

Could fund five bereavement packs which are shared with families to help them find ways to manage their grief. You do not need to have had previous contact with the hospice to access our bereavement services.

£25

Could fund a Care Co-ordinator receiving a call on the OneCall 24/7 specialist advice line. This could be the first point of contact for a patient or their family seeking support, sometimes at a time of crisis.

£74

£74 could fund a visit by a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS).  70% of our clinical care is provided in patient’s place of residence whether that’s their home or care home. Our Community Nurses provide specialist care.

Suffolk Remembers

Celebrate the life of your loved one by dedicating a candle and see it displayed in the letters which spell out ‘Suffolk Remembers’ at Felixstowe Seafront Gardens. During the evening, listen to readings and live music as we come together for our special hospice In Memory event.

Hoot Hike

Join us for our first ever Hoot Hike sponsored walk to kick off our summer of fun when we bring The Big Hoot Art Trail to Ipswich. The Hoot Hike will take place on Sunday 19 June and will be your first chance to see the sculpture trail with lots of fun activities along the way.
