Where your fundraising goes
The Big Hoot is in support of Chestnut Tree House. Since opening in 2003 we’ve cared for over 1,000 children and young people. Our care doesn’t just start and end at the hospice, we also take our services into children’s homes, helping parents and families to take a well-earned break. At Chestnut Tree House, we know how important it is for families to make the most of every moment – spending time together and making precious memories.
We hope that The Big Hoot encourages people to come together and enjoy time with family and friends, while exploring the vibrant city of Chichester and historic town of Arundel, discovering the different owl sculptures. The money raised from The Big Hoot will help children live as full a life as possible, no matter what their condition – enabling them to access all the everyday activities that children enjoy, like splashing about in a swimming pool or hunting for bugs (or owls!) in the woods.
